The advantages of modular production at a glance.

Power spectrum: A production spectrum consisting of up to twelve work steps is covered with just one machine – from stamping, bending and riveting up to contact welding (all working modules at a glance).
Flexibility: Each module has a decentralized, electric drive shaft. This allows you to switch over or respond very rapidly to altered requirements/parameters.

Operation: Changing the module or the mold tool is rather easy in production; no trained staff is required.
Set up: Retooling a machine with new modules occurs in practically no time at all – simply by plugging in/unplugging or by switching the feeder system on and off in setting and punching mode.

Productivity: Shorten the retooling to just a few minutes with the modular quick change cassette system; the machine run times increase. The servo-controlled motors provide for increased production performance at a constant level
Cost reduction: No pilot runs are necessary as a result of the exact configuration of the processing module on the touch screen terminal, the costs of operation and materials are sustainably lowered. All working modules are 100% recyclable
Cost effectiveness: The slightly higher acquisition costs of the SBT production machines and working modules are amortized quickly. This is particularly true for operations that frequently produce complex parts and/or frequently changing short runs.
