The EVHSG-600-E is an electronically mobile contact welder that is able to weld multiple contacts in a variety of positions in one sequence. You determine where and how this happens: The positioning of the individual contacts – as well as of their order in the welding cycle – can be defined by you in any way and stored in the program.
Round wires of different strengths and profile tapes from 0.5 mm wide to 5.00 mm long and a 4.0 mm2 diameter maximum can be used.
A servomotor runs the welder transversely to the direction of the tape feed. All sequences are cam-controlled so a high level of weld quality is guaranteed even at a high stroke rate. In addition control mechanisms provide for the greatest precision.
The round wires that are fed horizontally (0.5 to 2.0 mm diameter) are cut off inside the welder using carbide cutting elements (0.5 to 3 mm long).
The contact cuts are mechanically fed under the electrode wheel and positioned there accurately (-/+ 0.5 mm). The feed and positioning of the cuts is controlled electronically in the process.
The electrodes are designed as electrode wheels and have 16 to 32 work surfaces, profiled or not profiled depending on the type of the contact and can be used multiple times. There is direct cooling of the electrodes.
The contact section is held only by the electrodes during welding – the environment is vacant. So undesirable shunts are an impossibility. The pursued path is digitally monitored.
Cam-controlled sequences ensure superb welding quality even with rapid work processes.
You can shift production in the blink of an eye using the proven quick change cassette system for different contact weld wires or contact weld profiles.
Also use processing kits as an alternative instead of the quick change cassettes. Nevertheless, the outfitting takes significantly less time with the help of the quick change cassettes.
