The MiniStamper is configured for simple stamping, bending and assembly tasks in the area of precision parts, requiring not more than 3 processing modules working in synchronization.
The platform of the MiniStamper, which is independent of the process, (basic measurements: 1200 x 800 x 2100 mm) may optionally be configured and upgraded according to need. For a quick change the individual modules can simply be unplugged and replaced using a tool changing cart. Precise positioning is provided by the machine plates with T-grooves.
Bending module, stamping module, riveting module, contact welding module, threading module, pilot module, radial module, precision-stamping module, gripper feeder module, eccentric stamping module (up to 8 t).
The machine may be covered with a protective hood if necessary. The protective hood has doors on the left and the right sides, which can be swung upwards.
Each module is driven by a separate servo drive, which is synchronized through the control in the console. The selection of the servo drives for the individual modules is made through a touch screen. The work flows can be tested and operated individually. The motor parameters and settings are stored in the tool memory – no programming knowledge is required.
The machine pedestal is not designed to be modular and instead is available with a machine bed length of 1000 mm. The modules may optionally be positioned on the machine pedestal in the direction of the feed motion with the use of the clamping plates. The clamping plate measurements are 1000 mm x 496 mm.
