The MultiLine
For complex applications with servo stamping machine

The MultiLine is configured for complex tasks in the area of precision parts, which require up to 15 processing modules working in synchronization with the integration of one servo stamping machine (optionally two).

Modular design concept

The platform of the Multiline, which is independent of the process, (basic measurements: 1600 x 800 x 2100 mm) can be configured and expanded in any way according to need. For a quick change the individual modules can simply be unplugged and replaced using a tool changing cart. Precise positioning is provided by the machine plates with T-grooves. The servo stamping machine is designed by the works with a press capacity of 12 to 25 t.

Compatible work modules

Bending module, stamping module, riveting module, contact welding module, threading module, pilot module, radial module, precision-stamping module, gripper feeder module, eccentric stamping module (up to 8 t).

The machine may be covered with a protective hood if necessary. The protective hood has doors on the left and the right sides, which can be swung upwards. The servo stamping machine of the MultiLiner is fitted with protective doors on the front and back. If desired the machine may also be supplied with a sound protection cabinet.

Central control/operation

Each module is driven by a separate servo drive, which is synchronized through the “NC” control in the console. The servo drives for the individual modules are selected through a touch screen. The work flows can be tested and operated individually using an electronic hand wheel. The motor parameters and settings are stored in the tool memory – no programming knowledge is required.

Machine pedestal and clamping plates

The machine platform consists of up to three pedestal modules (which are separated for transport). All three pedestal modules stand on vibration reducing elements. The processing modules can optionally be positioned on the center pedestal module by the clamping plates in the direction of the feed motion. The standard size of the clamping plates measures 1600 mm x 496 mm, but can be expanded depending on requirements. The servo stamping machines stand on pedestal modules which are filled with polyamide concrete. They are connected with the central pedestal module.
