The MultiStamper ideally combines versatility with rapidity and is designed specifically for the series production of expensive precision metal parts. Up to 9 operating modules running in synchronization on one platform also allow for complicated stamping, bending and assembly tasks in very little time. The modules can be replaced quickly and without difficulty on these machines as well.
Bending module, stamping module, riveting module, contact welding module, threading module, pilot module, radial module, precision-stamping module, gripper feeder module, eccentric stamping module (up to 8 t).
The machine may be covered with a protective hood if necessary. The protective hood has doors on the left and the right sides, which can be swung upwards.
Each module is driven by a separate servo drive, which is synchronized through the control in the console. The servo drives for the individual modules are selected through a touch screen. The work flows can be tested and operated individually using an electronic hand wheel. The motor parameters and settings are stored in the tool memory – no programming knowledge is required
The machine pedestal is not designed to be modular and instead is available with a machine bed length of 1500 mm. The modules may optionally be positioned on the machine pedestal in the direction of the feed motion with the use of the clamping plates. The clamping plate measurements are 1000 mm x 496 mm.
