Our assembly plants interlink the processing module through a radial transfer system (rotary system index table) or a linear transfer system. The rapid and precise movements of the CAM-controlled slide forming machine take care of precise bending and assembly operations.
Welding systems (resistance, laser, ultrasonic), screwing stations and testing stations may simply be integrated between the feed stations and the processing modules.
We also offer you semiautomatic equipment for a lower number of units or for pilot production, with which the insertion of at least one component occurs manually.
