The show stopper: Each module is driven by a separate servomotor.
The motors are synchronized and therefore form an electronic shaft with a maximum angular deviation of ± 5° with a stroke rate of 1-500 U/minute.
The product specific data is stored in a product memory and accessed through a touch screen.
The modules and the tools can be set up and tested independently of the production machines due to the modular system and this can happen at any location where trained staff is present and the appropriate basic conditions exist. 0-series and production optimization can be accomplished without any production machines.
