SBT manufactures first class and efficient progressive dies and tools on modern tool machines. The toolmakers are trained in house. In this way we guarantee the technical expertise in the long term and on a sustained basis, which in addition to a modern machine park is essential for the complex tooling solutions.
We also design the mold tools in house on 3D and 2D work stations. Depending on the requirements we equip your mold tools with hard metal (H40S) or other powder metallurgy cutting and bending elements and if necessary coat them with PVD.
Beyond this we are also offering you stamping-bending mold tools for machines made by other companies (Finzer, Teijin Seiki) or progressive dies for stamping machines. The testing is done on the appropriate machines at our site.
